This Light Duty Model is suitable for mass production work. The Bed of the machine is seasoned artificially. Machine is driven by V-Belt, which ensures Proper coefficient of friction and reduces slip enabling optimum power transmission. Counter frame is located upright which occupies less floor space and provides an ease for shifting of V-Belts. Power is transmitted to Main Spindle by V-Belts providing 8 different speeds. Main Spindle of the machine is supported on Taper Roller Bearings, which provides proper axial and radial load distribution. |
